Philippine Domestic Submarine Cable Network (PDSCN) is the longest undersea fiber cable network in the Philippines, spanning 2500km, with 24 segments and 33 landing sites connecting Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

PDSCN is jointly owned by Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Inc. (ETPI or Eastern Communications), Globe Telecom Inc. (Globe) and InfiniVAN, Inc.. ETPI is , jointly owned by PLDT Inc. and Globe Telecom Inc., while InfiniVAN is a subsidiary of Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed IPS, Inc. TSE: 4390).

The vendors of the PDSCN project includes Nexans, Kokusai Cable Ship Co., Ltd, Fleet Marine Cable Solutions, Inc., SJA Business Consultancy and Liaison Services, and Kyotosh. NTT World Engineering Marine Corp. (NTT WE Marine) was contracted to land and install cables in the PDSCN project.

The total cost of the PDSCN project is approximately US$150 million.

In Feburary 2024, the PDSCN Express Route was lit up. segment marks the start of on-ground connectivity to serve more customers.

The PDSCN Express Route covers the following locations: Lucena City, Quezon; Boac, Marinduque; Calatrava, Tablas Island, Romblon; Roxas City, Capiz; Placer, Masbate; Palompon, Leyte; Mactan, Cebu; Talisay City, Cebu; Tagbilaran City, Bohol; and Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.
