Minamiboso Cable Landing Station is a high-security cable landing station on Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, owned by NTT Com.  Minamiboso Cable Landing Station is an extension from the existing Maruyama Landing Station which is owned and operated by Softbank and serve as NTT Com’s JUPITER termination point. NTT Com provides connection to other cable systems via the Minamiboso and Shima landing stations to maximize transmission route options to support global business expansion by customers. 

NTT Com also connects the Minamiboso Cable Landing Station with data centers in Tokyo and the Shima Landing Station with data centers in Osaka, via low-loss optic fiber to enlarge the transmission capacity within Japan.

Minamiboso Cable Landing Station is also the landing station for JGA North, Jupiter, and JUNO
