Deep Water Bay Cable Landing Station is located at the Deep Water Bay in the central island of Hong Kong, the most close cable landing station to the central business zone, about 7 miles away from the HKCEC (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center) in Wan Chai district. The Deep Water Bay Cable Landing Station is now the terminal station for SMW3 (SEA-ME-WE 3), TGN-IA, TVH (Thailand-Vietnam-Hong Kong) and PLCN submarine cable systems.

TVH (Thailand-Vietnam-Hong Kong) is a 3,367 km submarine cable connecting Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, with design capacity of 565 Mbit/s. The TVH cable system was ready for service on 8 February 1996. It is the first cable landing in the Deep Water Bay CLS, Hong Kong.

PLCN lands at the Deep Water Bay CLS, with its PFE housed here. PLDC extends its fiber pairs on PLCN to TMH Telecom House in Wanchai.
